Exotel IVR Integration with Vryno

With Exotel IVR integration, Vryno users can initiate and manage calls directly from within the CRM. This seamless setup reduces the need for manual dialing and ensures efficient communication with leads, contacts, and customers.

Follow the steps below to configure and go live with Exotel IVR inside Vryno.

Step 1: Enable Exotel Integration in Vryno

1. Log in to your Vryno CRM
2. Go to Settings > Integrations > IVR.
3. Select the Exotel Application
4. Fill in the required fields for integration.

Step 2: Retrieve API Credentials from Exotel

1. Open your Exotel Dashboard.
2. Click on API Credentials.
3. Copy the following details:
   1. API Key
   2. API Token
   3. SID
   4. Subdomain
4. Paste these credentials into the Exotel integration form in Vryno and save.

Step 3: Configure ExoPhone Number in Exotel

1. In your Exotel Dashboard, navigate to App Bazaar.
2. Select your ExoPhone Number and click Edit.
3. Update the following fields:
   1. Phone Number
   2. Vryno Application URL for both Normal and Pass-Through conditions (e.g., https://app.vryno.com/exotel/webhook)
4. Save your changes.

Step 4: Set Caller ID and App ID in Vryno

1. From the Exotel app configuration, copy your Caller ID and App ID.
2. Enter them into the Exotel Application tab in Vryno.
3. Add your Email ID and Agent Phone Number.
4. Save the integration.

Step 5: Finalize Call Flow in Exotel

1. In the Exotel Landing Flow editor, configure the call flow using the Passthru

3. Ensure the Vryno Webhook URL is added under Information Pass Through.

5. Save your flow configuration.

Step 6: Go Live in Vryno

• Once setup is complete, return to your Vryno CRM.
• Open any record with a phone number and click the Call icon to initiate a call directly.
