Ask Claude to find, create and update records in your Vryno CRM, build views and dashboards, and manage workflows and sharing rules, using plain language.
Overview
The connector is a remote MCP server hosted by Vryno. After you sign in with your Vryno account, Claude can call the tools below on your behalf. Every call runs as you, so Claude only sees and changes what your Vryno profile, role and sharing rules already allow.
You need an active Vryno CRM account. Some tools (user, profile, sharing rule and company management) also require an admin role in the instance.
Connect to Claude
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors (or the Connectors directory) and find Vryno CRM.
- Click Connect. You are redirected to
accounts.vryno.com. - Sign in with your Vryno account if you are not already signed in.
- Review the requested access on the consent screen and click Allow.
- You return to Claude and the connector shows as connected. Enable it in a chat from the tools menu.
If you belong to more than one Vryno instance, ask Claude to "list my Vryno instances". Most tools take an instance_subdomain, which Claude fills in once you name the instance.
To disconnect, go to Settings → Connectors → Vryno CRM → Disconnect. This revokes Claude's access to your account.
Permissions and safety
- Same access as you. The connector uses your own sign-in. It cannot see data your Vryno profile cannot see.
- Admin-only actions. Creating users and profiles, editing sharing rules, and updating company details check for an admin role first and are refused otherwise.
- Changes are real. Create, update and delete tools change live CRM data. Claude should confirm with you before destructive actions such as deleting records, rules or profiles. Review what it plans to do.
- Audit trail. Changes made through the connector appear in the Vryno audit log under your user.
Tools
The connector exposes about 85 tools, grouped below. Claude chooses the right one from your request, so you never call them by name.

Example prompts
Troubleshooting
"invalid_client" or "something went wrong" when signing in
The connector was configured with an OAuth client that is not registered with Vryno. Disconnect and reconnect. If it persists, contact support with the time of the attempt.
The connector connects but returns permission errors
Your Vryno profile does not allow that action. Ask an instance admin to adjust your profile or sharing rules.
Claude says a request timed out
A timeout in Claude does not always mean the change failed in Vryno. Check the record or setting in Vryno before asking Claude to retry, so you do not create a duplicate.
Claude acts on the wrong instance
Name the instance in your request, for example "in the Acme instance".
Data and privacy
- The connector reads and writes CRM data only when you ask Claude to, and only through your own signed-in session.
- Vryno does not store your Claude conversations. Data returned by tools is shown to Claude to answer your request and is handled under Anthropic's terms.
- Access tokens can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the connector in Claude.
