How to keep track of your activities in Leads module with Vryno CRM

  1. Login to Vryno CRM: Login to Vryno CRM account by logging in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Leads Module:Click on the “Leads” module in the main navigation menu.
  3. Create a Call Log in Open Activities:
  • Access “Open Activities” and create a call log.
  • Provide necessary details like Subject, Owner, Status, etc.
  • Click on “Save” to record the call activity.
    4. Navigate to Timeline Section:
  • Go to the timeline section and locate the recently created call log.
  • Click on the call log to view details.5. Update Details in Closed Activities:
  • Move to “Closed Activities.”
  • Update necessary details related to the call log.
  • Click on “Save” to confirm changes.
    6. Navigate to Timeline Section:
  • Return to the timeline section.
  • Locate and click on the updated call log to review changes.
