- Login to Vryno CRM: Login to Vryno CRM using your User ID and Password.
- Go to Contacts Module: Navigate to the “Contacts” module within Vryno CRM.
- Select Contacts for Email Campaign: Choose the Contacts for which you want to schedule the email campaign. You can typically select multiple Contacts at once.
- Click on Action and Select “Send Email”:
- Look for an “Action” button or a similar option. Click on it.
- From the dropdown menu, select “Send Email.”
- Apply Conditions: Apply any specific conditions or filters according to your needs. This might involve selecting a target audience or setting criteria for the Contacts.
- Click on Send: Once you have applied the necessary conditions, click on the “Send” button to initiate the email campaign for the selected Contacts.
- Access Mass Email Options: After sending individual emails, locate and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on Mass Email: From the menu that appears, select the option for “Mass Email.”
