- Login to Vryno CRM: Login to Vryno CRM account by logging in with your credentials.

- Navigate to Leads Module:Click on the “Leads” module in the main navigation menu.

- Create a Call Log in Open Activities:
- Access “Open Activities” and create a call log.

- Provide necessary details like Subject, Owner, Status, etc.

- Click on “Save” to record the call activity.

4. Navigate to Timeline Section:
- Go to the timeline section and locate the recently created call log.

- Click on the call log to view details.
5. Update Details in Closed Activities:
- Move to “Closed Activities.”

- Update necessary details related to the call log.

- Click on “Save” to confirm changes.

6. Navigate to Timeline Section:
- Return to the timeline section.
- Locate and click on the updated call log to review changes.
